Intention is to stabilize and bring in awareness..EC will be updating this page whenever there is necessity. Request all residents to cooperate and follow the below mentioned
1. How to raise a complaint for issue in My Flat /Common area?
Ans : Below are 2 options for raising complaint
a. Please raise complaint in Mygate app using HelpDesk option in Community menu
b. Write your complaint in Complain book available at SAOA office(10AM -6PM) or at Maingate security(6PM- 10AM -OverNight)
2. Whom should i be reporting Critical/High Priority complaint ?
Ans : Information should be passed immediately to SAOA Admin in the staff working hours or Inform Security supervisor at maingate. Importantly raise your complaint with all details in mygate/complaint register at the same time. Also,Attach photo if you raising complaint from mygate.
3. How can i send email to EC ?
Ans : You can send email to splec@googlegroups.com .Subject should be mentioning the priority of it.It should be either of these - High\Medium\Low. All the emails without mentioning priority will be considered as very low priority.
4. What is turn around time for emails from EC ?
Ans : Below are turn around time from EC
High : With in a week. Mostly weekends
Medium: 2 weeks
Low: 2 weeks - 4 Weeks
Very Low : 4 Weeks and More

Note:For any discussions ,please prefer mygate discussions(ref Q6)
5. How can i reach out to EC ?
Ans : Below are few ways to reach out EC
a.Chat : Saturday\Sunday via whatsapp/telegram chat between 9AM-1PM
b.InPerson : On Sunday between 11AM - 1PM ,
c.Calls : Residents can call if its Critical/Emergency.
fyi..All the Executive Committee members are working professionals they will be busy on all weekdays.

6. How can i raise discussion?
Ans : You can raise a discussion in Mygate Using Communication option available in community menu.Under Communication select Type than select discussion.
7. Does EC monitor Discussions in Mygate ?
Ans : Yes
8. How can i raise a residents poll ?
Ans : Only EC has permissions to raise poll in mygate
9.How to report Theft/attempt of theft ?
Ans : Information should be passed immediately to SAOA Admin in the staff working hours or Inform Security supervisor at maingate. Importantly raise your complaint with all details in mygate/complaint register(mandatory) at the same time. If necessary, inform any EC member directly by calling and can report in police station.
10.Can i raise my complaint in Whatsapp/Telegram chat groups ?
Ans: No. SAOA staff or EC is not monitoring any Whatsapp/Telegram chat groups. If any EC member responding in chat groups, they are responding it as an individual or as a resident of Splendour.
11.Can residents order SAOA Staff ?
Ans: Only EC has authority to give orders/control SAOA staff.
12. How can i volunteer for Association ?
Ans: Below are 2 ways to volunteer for association
a. Reach Out EC in the given timelines in Q5.
b. Drop an email to EC with Medium Priority
13. Do we have SAOA office open on sundays ?
Ans: SAOA office is closed on all Sundays. One Plumber and One Electrician are available till 6pm for attending Emergencies.
B. Payments
1. My payment is not reflecting in Mygate Payments ?
Ans : If you have made payment through Mygate it will reflect immediately. If paid through IMPS/NEFT/Cheque,update Payment in Mygate by selecting option "I HAVE PAID". Importantly,provide reference number of NEFT/IMPS/Cheque number in details for reconciliation.Accounts team will verify your payment in Bank account and update the Payment in Mygate .
This is a manual process and accounts team need to update it . We request you to pay through Mygate payment gateways.
