About Me:
PRESIDENT DURING COVID
I worked as President during peak Covid time (2020-21) when no one was ready to come forward to Contest and take responsibility of SAOA.
FORMED YOUNG, ACTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL EC 20-21
I have made a Team of youngsters, started our tenure during financial crisis and was able to run operations without issues, strategized budget and was able to hand over 13 lakhs to next team.

We even faced multiple challenges, we went through multiple sarcasms and bullying but we never lost balance.

STABILIZED MYGATE ERP
I have also stabilized MyGate ERP which is heart of our SAOA Transactions.

I always encouraged/Supported Health, Sports and Cultural in this Association.
MULTI TASKING/ TALENTS
I may be the only President who Knows and can deliver both Treasurer and Secretary responsibilities.

We were residents friendly committee during our tenure.
DEDICATION
I almost worked full time during covid time parking career aside, to understand SAOA Operations and Treasury. I have always been COMMITTED.
2YRS COMMITMENT
If I win the elections, I will stay for 2 years this time.
MULTILINGUAL ADVANTAGE
I can Speak, Read & Write Telugu, Hindi & English. There won't be language barrier when I meet Government officials.
If you ask me what I did to SAOA so far?
1. I have been active in splendor from very beginning. I Lead and Volunteered for EC 2018-19 in reinitiating Gym.
2. Lead & Conducted kids sports and adults' sports in 2018,2019
3. Lead, Campaigned and Helped 30+ owners to transfer their Property Taxes on their Name.
4. Lead, Campaigned and Helped 55+ owners to transfer their Electric Bills on their Name.
5. Lead & Hosted New Year 2020 & Holi 2019
6. I Stepped forward as President with a team during Peak Covid Time to takeover SAOA operations when Newly formed Team Stepped down due to multiple Operations and Financial issues.
7. Installed Water Softener in 2020
8. Renovated Badminton Court during our Tenure in 2020
9. Planted 800+ Saplings in Splendor during our Tenure
10.Mygate ERP is Stabilized during our tenure.
11.Splendor received best Residential society award during my Presidency.
